Patricia Savage
Patricia Savage is the managing partner of Savage, Reimer & Associates, LLP. She is an Honor’s graduate of U.C Berkeley and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law. Ms. Savage advises employers on the spectrum of state and federal labor and employment laws governing the workplace.
She provides counsel for claims avoidance, trial, mediation, arbitration, best employment policies and practices and through administrative law hearings. Ms. Savage has been practicing law for 18 years with an emphasis on business, wage and hour, and representative actions, in the following areas: Misclassification, Overtime, Meal and Rest Period Violations, Business Expense Reimbursement, Computer Professional Exemptions and On-Call time. Ms. Savage’s litigation experience also includes individual allegations re: National Origin Discrimination, Disability Discrimination, Age Discrimination, Race Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Wrongful Termination, Retaliation, violations of the California Family Rights Act “CFRA”, violations of the Fair Employment and Housing Act “FEHA” and the Private Attorneys’ General Act “PAGA”; litigation involving skilled nursing facilities regarding allegations of understaffing and elder abuse. Ms. Savage has trial and arbitration experience in personal injury, wage and hour, wrongful termination and California Labor Code claims regarding an employer’s unlawful inducement to relocate.
Nicole Reimer
Nicole Reimer graduated from Butte Glenn Community College with an Associates of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences before attending California State University, Chico where she received a degree in Journalism, Option in News Ed. with a minor in Criminal Justice. While attending CSU Chico, she received a scholarship for academics and performance. Ms. Reimer received her Juris Doctorate at Cal Northern School of Law in Chico, California. While attending Cal Northern School Of Law, she was the salutatorian of her graduating class after having received the second highest grade point average for every year of her studies. In addition, she received the Witkin Award in Business Associations for having received the single highest grade in the class. She also received scholarships from the California Business and Professional Women’s Association and from Cal Northern School Of Law for academic excellence.
Ms. Reimer’s experience is primarily focused on estate planning and business law. She works with the public to draft wills, trusts, special needs trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced health care directives. She has helped many community members navigate the trust administration as trustee and probate as administrator or executor of an estate. Ms. Reimer is also experienced in drafting contracts, forming, purchasing, and dissolving corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and sole proprietorships. Her business law experience extends into construction law, including defending contractors in construction defect litigation.
